I provide individual therapy services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to clients across Texas and Washington, offering a supportive space to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve your goals.

About Me

Life often brings challenges, from daily stressors to more complex struggles. I have experience in helping clients navigate trauma and anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD. Additionally, I support clients through stressful life transitions, work-life balance, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your unique experiences and develop effective strategies to address these challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that our work is tailored to your needs.

Originally from Brazil, I spent my childhood moving around. I've lived in Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Austin, and currently Seattle. These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting the Latinx community and providing culturally affirming therapy, recognizing the impact of cultural background on our experiences.

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. If you're ready to explore how we can work together to create a more fulfilling and balanced life, reach out today to schedule your free initial consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!

Therapeutic Approaches

  • CBT is an evidence-based approach that helps you break free from negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back and contributing to mental health challenges. Through CBT you'll learn practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, tackle problems more effectively, and cultivate healthier ways of thinking.

  • Prolonged Exposure is a type of therapy that helps you gradually process past traumatic experiences. This approach can help reduce the anxiety and distress linked to those memories, allowing you to feel more at ease and take back control of your life.

  • This approach helps you build mindfulness skills to stay present with your thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. It encourages you to accept challenging feelings while focusing on taking actions that align with your values to create a life that is meaningful to you.
